Sofia and Ann

Sofia Pernas, a Moroccan born in California who grew up living in Orange County, moved there at the age of five. Her graduation was at the University of California, San Diego in the year 2015, which was the same year she got her big break in acting. Pernas made small guest appearances on NCIS as well as Leverage, before securing the part of Marisa in The Young and the Restless. The actress who quit this soap at the end of 2016 was cast in the role as Catalina as a regular in Jane the Virgin. The model, fluent in four different languages, is currently on The Brave and The Green Ghost as Hannah Rivera. She also appeared Secret Society of Second Born Royals. The actress played Lexi Vaziri on Blood & Treasure from the year 2019 until 2020. Us Weekly revealed in May of 2020 that Pernas was dating Justin Hartley, her The Young and the Restless co-star. The relationship was announced shortly after Hartley's This Is Us star split from her spouse Chrishell Stause November of 2019. News was reported in the month of May that Pernas and Hartley have recently got married in a secret ceremony.
