tatyana aliTatyana Marisol Ali (born on January 24 1979) is an American actor and singer who is best recognized for her performance as Ashley Banks on the NBC sitcom The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air from 1990 to 1996. Tyana Jones was her TV One character, was her first TV series. Ali also played Roxanne in the CBS soap show The Young and the Restless. Ali is a 6 year old girl was first introduced to acting on Sesame Street in 1985. Her tenure included the appearance of jazz legend Herbie Hancock, who demonstrated his Fairlight CMI synthesizer using a sample of Ali's voice. Star Search featured her on two episodes.
